Yes, Barnes & Noble does offer a student discount. The bookseller’s Educator Discount Card Program offers pre-K through grade 12 educators 20% off list price on most in-store and online purchases for classroom use throughout the year, and 25% off during special appreciation events. This program is designed to recognize the important work educators do and the power of books to inspire and change lives. Additionally, Barnes & Noble has a Summer Reading Program that is popular with students in first through sixth grades and educators throughout America. Participation in this program is a fun and easy way for kids to earn free books. Children then choose their free book from the books listed on the Reading Journal and collect their free book from a store near them during July and August.
